A note on the upcoming election...

Hello all,
With the presidential election only a few days away, I think it is important to remember a few things: In 1492, when Abraham Lincoln first set
his right penny loafer upon Plymouth Rock, the American Dream was born. Not a dream of cakes and pies, orgiastic bliss or of total control of the
shadowy nether region known as Yorblatticon IV, formerly ruled by Chi Dennab, but rather a dream of freedom, giant bells, and velcro (or hook
and loop tape as it is known in the trade). As we approach this next election day..."What, Tra'y?"...hold on a second, I tend to talk out loud as I
type and Tracy is trying to tell me something..................................."Oh..., so it was this past Tuesday?"....................."and Kerry didn't
win?"........."Is that why 'Scrubs' wasn't on?"..........okay, I have to admit to feeling a little foolish. It seems the election was this past Tuesday.
Missed it completely...damn. It also seems that the guy I was rooting for didn't win. Boy, would have been nice to have voted too. What a
bonehead I am.

Anyway, I've regrouped and I think I can still gather my thoughts into this paradigm and I think they are still relevant and important. They just
needed a little massaging (Shiatsu not Swedish). Let's try this again:

I have been known to approach things in a partisan way, although I don't like to be thought of as partisan (unless it that means I'm the funnest
guy at a Japanese party...ba-dum-dum...cha!). I think of myself as more "Bi-Partisan Curious/Questioning".

No...no...this is not what I wanted to say at all, but at least I got to use the phrase "Bi-Partisan Curious/Questioning". Let me try again:

Cooked Pinto Beans, Water, Salt, Partially Hydrogenated Lard with BHA and BHT to protect flavor, onion powder, chili pepper, spice, garlic
powder.

Nope, nope, nope. Those are the ingredients in a can of refried beans.

Ummm....let's see....this is harder than I thought. The point of this was to bring us together a bit before the election and now I'm all thrown off and
stuff. You ever have that happen?...you know, you have an idea of something you want to do and you picture it and then someone throws a wrench
and suddenly it's like "Whoa...what do you mean that's not where the eggs go?" Blowing my mind, man, blowing my mind.

Hmmm...sleepy...

Well...I'm spent. Sorry to put you through all this. How embarrassing.

I'll leave you with this:

It is better smile than frown,
It is better to laugh than cry,
It is better to stand than fall...I love booze...and ellipses.

Hope to see you all real soon,
Love,
Gaito
